Who is Ryan E. Saunders?
My name is Ryan E. Saunders, I am married to a supportive non-runner, and have two young children, whom I train with on a regular basis, and occasionally race with. My primary occupation is in the area of healthcare, with a Bachelor of Physical & Health Education from Laurentian University, a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) from the University of Waterloo, and a Diploma in Health Sciences (Respiratory Therapy) from the Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences. I bring with me a diverse running background, having met success in cross country running, track (indoor & outdoor), and road racing.

HALF MARATHONS: 2013 Chilly Half (1:17:03), 2013 Run for Retina Half (1:18:22)
My current goals include: running a sub 2:45:00 marathon, racing the World Marathon Majors that remain on my list (London, Berlin, and Tokyo), working up to racing a 100 mile ultra marathon, and completing the Dopey Challenge (5k + 10k + half marathon + full marathon) during the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend.
